However, they say shoes purchased from Joes is backed by the same gurantee. So according to New Balance, Joes is 100% legit. If you read official New Balance counterfit website, Joes is the ONLY authorized retailer listed aside from themselves and "authorized athletic footwear retailers". Now you want the retailer to spend another $12 because you purchased the wrong size?! The entitlement of some people. Somebody always has to pay for it and it's either you or the retailer. UPS does not say "we like your company so much we are going to deliver all your packages for free!". Is this something i like, no, but i get it 2) Why in the world would you think because you received free shipping you should also get free return shipping?! Do you have ANY idea how shipping works? It is NEVER free. I remember one rep literally go to the shipping department and take my wrong order off the delivery truck! Above and beyond! AND NO I DON’T WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND HAVE NO PERSONAL CONNECTION WITH THEM! So please give them a try!ġ) when a large volume retailer has an order in the system, especially if they are sourcing from a secondary retailer (new balance?), it is incredibly difficult to change the order. I’ve had no out of stock issues, different shoe size, or rude or indifferent customer service. No issues, and my oldest pair is a few years old. It’s not been for the customers benefit for quite some time. With the exception of Amazon Prime and Zappos, I have always had to pay to return my shoes. First I want to address the reviews that mention having to pay to return the shoes. Not at all! I’ve purchased 5 pairs of shoes at different times and everything was nothing short of excellent. Wow! So many 1 star reviews! That has not been my experience before. I try to buy elsewhere as much as possible with my weird sized feet. After I ordered again, I ordered 3 pairs of shoes, received an email a day after I placed my order saying my item was not in stock and they gave me a $10 credit and doesn't stack with other discounts/sales, which means I'll never use it. If thats the case, fix the website to not allow this to happen. They never offered to fulfill the order because they "don't allow promotions to stack". In the end, my order(s) were cancelled and my card was refunded. I spent 3 days going back and forth (on the phone, because they do not have a customer support email) with Joe. My card ended up getting charged but my order was never completed. First bad experience, I tried ordering shoes and the promotion code I used was accepted online,I placed the order and there was an error. Years ago, when i first started shopping at Joe's, I loved it.now? Its been horrible. Naysayers are lazy and complain too much. Be a smart consumer, do your research, try on a shoe in store and shop wisely. Is it cheaper across all online retailers. There is no membership fee at Joes and there everything is cheaper than retail. ![]() ![]() You want free shipping and free returns, go to Amazon. When I need further details on an item, I highlight the name, right click and Google it. Perhaps because I already know my size, the fit of the shoe and I can read/research, I don't have issues. All legit, all as described and no problems what-so-ever. Over half dozen orders in the last 9 months - 100% satisfied!
